even i cant understand your question but it has to do with congruency ,i suppose
in b part the two triangles are congruent by ASA
and in d part two triangles are congruent by SAS
if you would have named the triangla i would have given the full proof

b are congruent triangles . They are flipped but have the same sides and two of the same angles. ASA

d are congruent triangles. They are flipped but have two of the same sides and one angles. SAS
