Oh i have the same problem what u should do is go to any professional hair stylest and ask them if they no what a Hilary Duff hair style is and just incase they dont take 1 of the old pictures of hilary duff (when her hair was blond, and when she was in lizzie mc guire) and tell them u want that hair style and they can cut it that way. thats what i did and i started getting more friends and i got popular now im a cheer leader. oh and hair length should be about an inch belo your shoulers.

I also have round face, and find that it is best to keep the weight of hair above ear level - don't cover your ears with a mass of hair, keep hair pulled back behind them. I have short hair and keep it shorter than ears., and that works on me, when I had long hair, I kept it back in small pony tail that picked up the hair from ears but left the rest falling down (ie elves in lord of the rings style)
