I am not grossed out by it at all. But in the same sense I dont want it in my mouth ether. And I am not a hypocrite if my girlfriend does not want it in her mouth then its only fair that I give for warning. Yes its a little messy but your BF really needs to check his masculinity its just semen?

Not all guys do. Those who do, may be 1)latent homosexuals and are afraid (subconsciously) that if they don't think their c:um is gross, it makes them gay, 2)have an unhealthy inhibition that makes them think all body fluids (or all sex-related things) are ''dirty''.
Taste of c:um varies greatly depending on what he eats and how much water he drinks, so it really can be gross

Not at all. My girlfriend once gave me a BJ and did not swallow and then when we kissed after she put it into my mouth and I was not grossed out at all.
