YES! i had the same problem but i found a cure, it seams strange but put a dencher cleaning tablet in some warm water and then soak your nails in it for about five mins and they will get whiter, if they are quite yellow it may take a bit longer or you may have to repeat it.

It could possibly be that you're polishing your nails too often. Sometimes when you paint your nails and then remove the polish a lot, it can start to stain your nails sometimes leaving a tint to them. Also, it might be that you're not getting enough calcium. Calcium helps your nails become healthier, possibly making them whiter. My nails, when I grow them out, sometimes have a yellowish tint to them and I know that it's probably because I don't get a lot of calcium.

Are you using yellow nail polish remover? Some brands well stain your nails yellow if you are changing your polish often. Try a pink tinted one instead.

Use a layer of clear polish before coloring it with your favourite color. Dark red colors cause the yellowing.

Rub baking soda on your nails to get rid of the yellowish color.

Yes it is. however, you should always use a base coat (clear) before applying nail color. Visit your beauty store and ask for a bleaching powder, apply and buff.
