He is gay because he is wired that way. Don't ever believe this is a choice. Just be his friend and accept him.

Hes gay, born that way, stay his friend, if hes young he needs your understanding & support.
Dont hurt your friend by rejecting him, he cant help it he was born that way, be there for him.
