Everyone has their own favorite based on personal experience. I tend to like The Bellagio, The Venetian, and MGM as I live here and been to them all.
If you're talking about hotel for guest rooms and such I would say The Bellagio or The Wynn.

There are three 5 star hotels on the Strip:
1.Wynn
2.Bellagio
3.Venetian
My personal favourite is the Wynn but either of those 3 are amazing choices.

I have stayed at the Mandalay Bay twice and I really liked it. There are 5 pools including a wave pool, the restaurants there are pretty good (their breakfast buffet is banging) you can also take a tram car to two other hotels from that hotel.

The Bellagio is definately the best hotel but very expensive
