It had a four pointed rack that you put colored discs on and balanced it on a base. It might have had something else balancing on the top of that (maybe a clown). You had to use a two pronged fork to lift a certain color disc off without tipping the whole thing over. I think it was something like "Tip Top" or "Tipsy ______" or "Tippity______". I'm looking for it on ebay but I can't remember the name for sure. Thanks.

It is called Tip Top I believe and I happen to have it! Don't know if I'd be willing to part with it as it was a part of my childhood.

I think that it was Top-o. (At least that is what I think it was marketed as in the '80s.)
