I have had 5 c sects and yes there are complications as with any major surgery.
My 3rd pregnancy was twins and I carried them to term.
My 4th was a singleton and I carried to 35wks.
My 5th was a singleton and my body couldnt cope with another pregnancy and I had her at 28weeks.
My uterus is like a wet paper bag.. its thinned out from pregnancy and scarred for surgery.
Please speak to your doctor about your situation but know that there are women who have had 2/3/4/5 c sects and no complications.

Hi there,
I had 2 C's as well, and was considered a V-back for my third, but there was no complications because of the c sections, only a danger because my third pregnancy was very close to my 3rd and that maybe my c had not healed properly, but everything was fine, delivered after 11 hours of intense labour ( as i was trying for a natural birth ) but ended up in a 3rd C...

Yes, there are more risks associated with multiple c-sections, but that doesn't mean that you will have any problems. I have had 4. With delivery #3, my incision got infected and haad to be reoopened and cleaned for several weeks afterwards. With #4, the doctor put me on antibiotics before delivery to ensure no infection and I was ok. Talk to your doctor about the risks because there are some.
