We have been divorced for about four years now and in the last year he has had a job promotion and several wage increases (not to mention his yearly bonuses every May when he gets over $1000 in one day) and has never reported it. Isn't there any penalty he is going to face for not reporting?

Did he make this extra money while you were married? Why should you get your paws on any of this extra money?

He's not required to report anything. California has a scale that was imposed when you got the divorce originally. You'll have to go back to court and file for an adjustment if you want more.
Good luck with that.

You need to file a motion to adjust support and he will be compelled to show his salary then.
