when i connected my ipod to my computer, a message came up that said (my ipod can only be sync with one computer do i want to erase the songs) . i dont cause i like the songs. is there a way to put the songs on my ipod on my computer so i can listen to them inside my house?

You have to get special software which I think you can buy at apple.com. Yea, ipods suck

I've heard that people do it, but it sounds like a royal pain in the pants. Apple is proud of their ability to block the distribution of content, but that was their choice - other players are not so limited.

My Creative Muvo n200 - over 2 years old - is still going strong. I share music between all my comps with it - no problemo.
