It means you are fighting off an infection somewhere in your body. Something as simple as an ear infection will cause night sweats. If you have night sweats and a cough you might have TB. But most of the time you don't know where this minor infection might be. Just be happy your body is doing what it is suppose to do and don't fight it. Get plenty of rest and most likely it will go away on its own.

I have the same problem, I am usaully freezing and I bundle up under the blankets and wake up with my shirt drenched in sweat. I am still young so it is weird. I am thinking of seeing my Dr. wondering if is normal. Do you have any other symptoms? You can list?
