Wish I knew where you were writng from. But I have a feeling that you think your teacher doesn't care. So if she/he showed that she/he really care then you wouldn't say that he/she was so dumb. My sympathies. Growing up is no picnic. I teach in Bulgaria where there are real problems.

maybe the teacher's style is different from what you are used to or he/she is stricter than you prefer. Either way i doubt the teacher is actually "dumb". Most teachers are pretty smart people.

Possibly due to being programmed / reeducated by the communistic teachers union of which the dumpacrap party controls, and or he/she passed through college by the skin of his/her teeth by means of the totally unfair / unconstitutional pathetic discrimination legislation of which the dumpacrap party is guilty of as well... or perhaps your teacher is a borderline bapper / waterhead, or perhaps your teacher only appears to be dumb, but is actually smart, or perhaps you are extremely gifted with an ability to learn at a much higher level than your classmates, or you're actually disgusted or upset due to something your teacher recently said or did therefore you're actually attempting to get even with him/her, there are many more possibilities, but I think that I have covered a sufficient amount of possibilities for now:)
