My interview was about 2 weeks ago. I wanted to send them a thank-you but it completely slipped my mind. Is it too late to send one now? Should it be a card or is an email ok? (Also, I interviewed with the CEO. Should I email him or just the person who contacted me about the interview?)

Not too late!!! Might even be good timing if they've been interviewing other candidates and kind of forgotten you.

DEFINITELY send a thank you to the CEO since he interviewed you. Also send one to the person who contacted you about the interview. Make them different - don't use the same for both people.

In the thank you to the CEO, remind him of something you 2 clicked on and also fill in where you thought later of a better answer to one of his questions.

Card or e-mail? Depends on how tech-savvy each seemed to be. The problem with e-mail these days is you never know if your message has made it through the spam filters. So you might want to follow up an e-mailed thank you with a hand-written thank you card, just to be sure.

Thank them (or maybe just the CEO) for their time and consideration, and the opportunity to learn more about the company.

Go for it, NOW!!!

NOT too late

Send a letter, not an email. Buy some nice paper and envelopes. Type the letter and send it to the CEO. Try to make is specific to the company and not just a generic thank you letter.

There are examples online you can work from.

Good luck :o)

Email both people. Better late than never. You can also put in there something to the effect of if they have any further questions to give you a call. Something like that. Good luck

Do it now, a card - no email. Card to the CEO, thanking him/her for their time, etc. Follow up is key.

sometimes it is better late then never.... It would be thoughtfull for you to do so and a quick route would do... try emailing the people you wish to send those notes to.... It may help in narrowing down the difficult field..
Good luck
