I hit a 2007 Mercedes Benz, and now I have no license. My insurance can't pay for the damages. I have nothing.

I am ready to kill myself right now. I want to kill myself right now.

I drive a 1997 Nissan Altima. My life is over. The insurance can't even cover the damages. My life is over. My life is over. I hit a 2007 Mercedes Benz in Burbank, Illinois.

The damages are too high for the insurance to pay.

I don't understand. The police can't take your license. They can give you a ticket that requires you to appear in court and the judge can order that your license is suspended. Why can't your insurance pay?

Relax. That's what you need to do first. I know, easier said than done. I don't understand why your insurance won't cover the damages. Was the person in the other car hurt? I guess that could be a huge expense. Your insurance should cover the bulk of the damage, but maybe the other driver has underinsured motorist coverage, especially for a very expensive car. In that case, his/her insurance should cover what yours won't. Was it all your fault, or partially his/hers? In almost all cases, both parties are at least partially at fault. Your insurance company will probably pursue this. Like I said, relax. Let the insurance companies do their job. Then they will give you your options. I am betting the biggest problem you're going to have is not having a car, and not being able to afford auto insurance for a few years because it will probably go up, a lot.

Why did they take your license? You should have insurance that covers things like this.
