I am having soo many nightmares I can't sleep... i have also been suffering from diareah when normally I am constipated.... i know this is really silly but can those things mean I will go into labor soon?

It COULD, but isn't a sure indicator. Days or even weeks before you go into labor, your body starts preparing for it. Part of this preparation is an increase in hormones, which can cause the symptoms you mentioned.
If you are getting close to your due date, at your next check up tell your doctor you're feeling 'odd'. Many doctors report that expectant mothers just feel different just before they go into labor. Your doctor may do an ultrasound, non-stress test, or internal exam to try to determine how close to delivery you are.

I don't know...I wonder the same thing.... I had a bad dream last that my husband chopped his own hand off! :-/ I am only 32 weeks.
