I use my skateboard quite often and wash them after every use. I find it quite a chore to wipe it everytime. Will any part rust if not dry?

They shouldnt rust, although you shouldn't be washing your board, because by washing the board, you are risking,
damaging your griptape
rusting out your bearings
Water logging your board.
And overall, beaking the whole board heavier because some of the moisture stays in the board

you shouldnt really wash your skateboard as it will ruin your board make it heavy and become water logged which is not good..Your trucks will not rust though i have a old pair of trucks i had for a few years and i skated in the rain and through water and they never rusted up on me your bearings will though on the other hand....
