I was served with CH-100 (Request for Orders to Stop Harassment) & have to go to a HEARING! I made two friendly phone messages in the last 2 months. (Left 2 Messages on her machine) Just to say Hello. With the request she wrongly excuses me of damaging her car and being violent. (ALL COMPLETELY MADE UP) What can I do? Just cover my where abouts & bring witteness statements? No Lawyer?

I'm not sure if you are going to need a lawyer; there is probably someone who can tell you whether or not that is necessary in your situation. Just make sure you have witnesses who were with you when the supposed incidents occurred. If you didn't really do it, you probably won't get in trouble - most likely, SHE will be the one who ends up in trouble for falsely accusing you of harassment. As long as there is nothing incriminating in your phone messages (she'll probably bring the recordings to court), I think you should be fine.
And I'm sorry that you are going through such a thing. I am constantly surprised at how idiotic some people can really be.

Unfortunately, Take this seriously.
It may be worth it to retain an attorney and in some jurisdictions, you can request a jury trial (hearing).
You may become aware that violations of these orders a\can be treated as a felony: That it can effect your ability to purchase fire arms or retain a job.
Yes bring witnesses and ask for any police reports before hand: If you have any new revelations, at or shortly before hearing, ask for an continuance.
This whole thing may have to do with a new beau that You are an inconvenience to: explore this possibilty.
Of the utmost importance: Demonstrate a reasonable and calm demeamnor: (difficult, without an attorney).
Be prepared to see a small crowd of "advocates" sitting with your ex: They are there ti intimidate and sway the Judge.
As with most circumstance: The Law is a heavy blunt object: Protect youself.

Talk to a lawyer. You don't need a Restraining Order against you. It could show up in a background check and hurt your chances at employment.

For whatever the reason she is an ex and stay the heck away.
In court you lose a judge will see her weeping and you will be hung by the nearest tree.

No phone calls! No contact! Move on.

If she says lets be friends make sure she is the one who calls.

basically yeah, or have your witnesses come to court be better, other than that you really don't have to go, they can place a restraining order without you being there, and most likely will, the law in this situation is most likely going to support your ex, its a win win situation in their eyes unless you guys keep coming to court battling each other, typically saying that its just bf/gf bullshit, or you kill her, they could start ignoring you both
