At work, we have someone who posts questions on a board and nobody here can figure this one out. I have searched all the dumb and crazy law sites and can't find this answer. If someone knows and can show me proof on the internet, that would be great!

I would list that one under bull-pocky. There is more caffeine in a cup of hot chocolate or a can of mountain dew than there is in a cup of coffee. I haven't seen any laws passed banning any of those substances, have you? What about those energy drinks? Now there is a real health nightmare.

Never heard of such a law...it may be one of those old local laws that kinda is on the books still and never removed for impracticality.

Wow, glad I don't live in NY or NJ, caffeine enables my daughter to calm down - she has a Red Bull before her soccer games and before tests in school.
