I think they really suck. We ate there a few weeks ago and it was terrible plus we paid way too much. I am very disappointed! That was our last trip to RT. Things have changed around there and it is not good. What do you think?

Just awful isn't enough adjectives, we had the worst meal, worse service, I will never go there again. Went to them in CA and now in CT, they should get some people to operate the places that know what they are doing....I give a place 3 chances after that never again.

I worked at Ruby Tuesdays for a year before I decided to upgrade and work at a nicer establishment. Understand that I truely enjoyed my time working there and met alot of great people. However they have a real hard time keeping staffed which makes getting good service very hard most times. Also the changes are due to the chain trying to seperate itself from Applebees, Chili's and the like. The food is more expensive because the ingrediants are much higher quality than they used to be. Many of the cooks however haven't adjusted to all the menu changes and some are honestly not the best quality cooks to begin with. I know that when I worked there though I would cook most of my own food and their shrimp parm. pasta is better than any I've tasted if its prepared correctly. If you go at night remember that the smoking area will generally have better servers if you can handle smokers. If you don't like smoking sections ask to be sat in the closers section as they are generally alittle harder workers than non closers.

Ruby Tuesday's is where I have had the most negative experiences out of the bar and grill type restaurants like Applebees, Chili's, etc. I have tried it a few times each in different locations and they have all been horrible. RT is blacklisted in my book now.

The fries have a nasty seasoning to them. The NY Strip steak is good, but WAY too expensive. Not worth the drive either. Go to Red Robin. Much Better!

I really like Ruby Tuesdays. I love the oreo tall cake and the salad bar.

this restaraunt is soo good in south carolina like all of them... exsppecially this one that i ate at right after we one first place in a cheerleading compotion and they have really good drinks and there fetahcine noodles are the best with shrimp over themm... yeahh try it at a diffrent place it could just be that they have bad service good luck!

some time they are good like their turkey burgers.not all the time just like any type of resturant. I really enjoy olive garden.
Iwent to bob evens for the first time, very good not much selection.

Some of the food is good,but over all we hate it.The kid's don't get enough food,and it's just to expensive.
