Join a hobby centre, learn swimming, play outdoor games when it is cool and indoor games when it is hot outside. Also you can join cookery classes. Best of all in the late evenings, join Q&A at Yahoo like me.

Try to...
Learn Flute, Violin or any other musicial instruments. Believe me its very relaxing once you learn properly.
Go on a trek, walk walk till you are dead tired and then relax.
Learn cooking different foods.
Collect pebbles and shells on the sea shore.
Learn making pots at a pottery

I don't know. I am also going to be bored in my holidays. I would spent time on my hobbies, think about future plans and am going to join classes. Trips depend upon my parents.

Usually it depends on you, what r u intrested in. I join dance classes, or musinc clases coz its my hobby. u can do household work, such as gardening, etc.
