There have been cases of womens tubes opening back up on their own but its very very rare and not likely to happen.
The only way a woman with her tubes cute/tied/burned can get pregnant is through inventro.

I had mine done, and catheterized ( burned), and was told it's almost impossible to get pregnant,,, mine was done 8 years ago,,,
unless they didn't burn the ends right,...
but my answer would be no,, you cannot get pregnant unless your the unluckiest person in the word

it's very vary rare but there are some cases of them growing back together and women getting pregnant plus you can get it reversed
