I happen to think that Ghosty is the better character between the two.
I do think that Spawn may have been given a better supporting cast, and has a special place in my heart because he was crossed over with Batman, but I prefer the Rider.
He's just.. So badass.

spawn easily. both characters have similar origins.but spawn has a deeper rooted sense in reality.if this were real life this is how the devil would steal your soul. deeply rooted in its christian back story spawn is a more rounded character.
