Yes, it IS sort of mislabeled. It is not in Montreal at all. It is in Whistler, BC. A ski resort in the mountains north of Vancouver, BC. It talks about this being in the ski village, like a park nearby the IGA.

IGA stands for the Independent Grocers Association. They are a chain of supermarkets, like Price Chopper or Safeway.
As for the virtual tourist, either someone mislabelled it or is trying to get people to check out their website, just like all these other spammers that are saying "If you want to know more about that subject, go to this url..."
