London, Berlin and Amsterdam

I can't see how you rank Copenhagen amongst these, but each to their own I suppose.

Prague - stroll through the old cobbled streets of the old town, browse the Christmas markets while you drink mulled wine (or beer) and spend the night in a 16th c cellar listening to live jazz. As if thats not enough 5 minutes walk from the old part of town and you have more lively clubs bars and restruants in the new part of town. Best of both worlds. I like the panroamic cafe up the hill just a little further on from the castle.

Ahora, a la pregunta;

-Amsterdam
-London
-Barcelona
-Copenhagen
-Berlin

I can only really answer for the ones I have been to, so out of the ones you have chosen, I would opt for

London
Amsterdam
Barcelona
Buenos Aires

Sydney
New York
Cape Town

I enjoyed my stays in each one. I haven't yet been to Berlin but have read a tour guide, and it seems to be a hotspot for cutting edge art and nightlife, so that one could also be cool.

Sorry, if you're talking specifically about the cities you listed I can't really comment, other than to say, in my opinion, London and New York are pretty 'cool.'
