moto RAZR question?

I have all my numbers saved on a SIM card, I cant figure out how to add those numbers to my speed dial. so i can just press and hold a key to dial the number instead of going thru my phone book.

on my cell i have a SLVR and for me to use speed dial it is a 4 digit code like1036#
