It's only an energy drink. They dont set laws on that.

No energy drinks are not regulated. Nor is soda pop or any other caffeinated beverages.

When I was younger I used to work in a Starbucks after school We would regularity have kids as young as 12 come in and order double espressos. It was our unofficial policy to slip them decaf.

Yes it's legal...and I don't think anyone in any state is try to add an age limit.

ive been drinking red bull since i was a kid. no horns growing, no tail growing, dont go mad when i see red, as healthy as a bull. dont see the problem with kids drinking red bull.
