Dreams are your brain's way of continuing to think about the feelings that have been very active prior to going to sleep.
To understand a dream, it’s helpful to keep in mind why and how we dream. When we sleep, the body and perception systems are shut down, but the brain stem continues to fire and the cortex remains active. The thoughts that have been most active during waking hours—perceptions, experiences, thoughts and feelings, processed consciously or unconsciously—are still “peaked” and they associate with other images already linked in your cortex. In other words, the brain references this content, but not in a rational way, not using input from the external real world as in waking hours. So the story connectedness isn’t like everyday experience, but rather a strange flow from one image to the next. Therefore, dreams aren’t magical messages to guide our life, but sequences of associated images taken from everyday experiences - thoughts and feelings that matter a lot to us during our waking life. So it’s a mistake to apply one-size-fits-all symbols, such as Freudian meanings or standard “dreammoods” formulas. All you need to do is think about what kind of imagery it is and how it relates to your daily life.
Your thoughts and feelings about your boyfriend were active when you went to sleep, so you associated the images in your dream sequence.
Where do you go from here? I tell you where you go from here. You let this boyfriend of yours continue to discover other women. And you start making yourself available to all the wonderful men out there who will appreciate you and treat you right.

Your dreams only confirm what you Think is happening. Your mind is at rest and your subconscious is playing a tape of your daily experiences and impressions and the pizza you had for dinner and what you saw on TV with a possible scary movie from years ago mixed up all together!!! That's all dreams are. Random impressions that might be due to stress or worry. Your dream says you are having a hard time believing your boyfriend. Period. @8-)

ok hun listen, i myself awhile ago had the same dream.
but to be honest, i usually can see it., and i warned my boyfriend to, that i know and see alot of s**t that will happen.ESP, peception my dear ive been strenghening it since i was little, and i get major headaches from it to.
i told him that mark my words youd be the first to cheat. now there was this girl in which he spook high glory of and somewhere in my mind i knew he would cheat on me with her.
one night i was sitting at home, he at his moms, i tried calling, no answer. all night i kept seeing unfaithful people on t.v.
before i went to bed, i sat up and just started to bawl, i knew she was there, and i knew what he was doing. i heard november rain on the radio, i knew then that i was right. the following morning i heard let it be by the beatles, and i couldnt take it anymore. he later then told me it and it was with her, all i can do was laugh while he was cring.
but i had a dream when we first got to gether that it would happen, guess what, i was right.... boo yeah lol.
sometimes i can see it so clear the i end up throwing up. and my head starts to pound real hard, my heart races and my eyes get all big pupled.
when i dream, i see more clearly, even though they only last 5 mins, they seem forever, and it is you yourself warning you subcontously.
listen to the more often, because they usually have a pattern, i keep a diary full of my dreams or knowledge of the future.
alot of people ask me questions, i tell them to later find out i was right.
now your boyfriend might of but whos to say if that was before he met you, and you are just seeing his past through your dreams.
you never really know unless you write them down, and study them carefully ok hun
good luck

I think the larger question is why are you with someone who has cheated on you. Trust yourself and find someone who will respect you and treat you as you deserve to be treated.
You are looking for confirmation, but you don't need it. If you know for sure, you know for sure. Period.
