one is NBA and one is NFL but Kobe had problems wit Shaq. ..and Owens had problems wit Mcnabb. also, Kobe is currently the best shooter in the league. and Owens had the most touchdowns for a WR.

Similarities are they are both great athletes, vitctums of the media, and hated by 90% of all white people. I'm white myself and I love T.O. and the Kobster. It's all racism and politics these days when it come down to "do you like this person?". I wish people would stop being so damn ignorant and give credit where credit is due. Now go eat **** all you "I hate T.O. and Kobe because they're horrible role-models". If they have that much of an impact on your childrens lives you are doing a magnificent job parenting.

Kobe is not T.O. Kobe's only fault was picking the wrong girl to doink during the off season. He is the best player in the NBA. T.O. is not the best player in the NFL.
The Shaq-Kobe issue was both of their faults. Kobe knew he was the heir to the Laker throne, he knew this would become his team, but he was impatient. Shaq was the king of the Lakers and did not like the idea that many fans liked Kobe more than him. Those two egos had been clashing for a couple of seasons before the blow up.
To make matters worse the Lakers, as a team, were lazy after winning their last title. After 3 titles the players did not feel they needed to play hard every night. The Lakers had become lazy.
Kobe did not break up the Lakers, at least not by himself. Unfortunately, there were too many egos to deal with and then bone-head Mitch Kupchak didn't emphatically say he wanted Shaq back (which bruised an already wounded ego). Management could have handled the ego better.

There is NO comparison there....Kobe is the best in the NBA, PERIOD! TO may be ONE of the best wide receivers out there, but there are far too many important aspects in football to say TO is the BEST PLAYER overall in the NFL. I would take Peyton over TO, but I dont think there are many people I would take over Kobe. As for his problems with Shaq, at least they won Three rings first...how many has TO got? Kobe is more than just a great talent, he is a winner. Owens has problems with EVERYBODY, not just McNabb.....NO COMPARISON HERE

T.O. only thinks he's one of the best players in the NFL. If was only half as good as he thinks he is and wasn't a trouble maker, more teams would want him.
