hmm, possibly... housebroken? well-trained? can you fetch, carry, clean and cook? If you can, you've got a leg up on my dogs and cat, all they do is lounge around shedding fur!
Biting? Well, not a problem as I bite harder. All those vampire novels are good for something!

Hmmmm, I like pets that are bigger than human, does that count? Say like horses and cows. But sorry, If you are talking not only human sized, but human, I already have a loving husband who will bite back if I bite him.
