You can get EC over the counter at your local family planning center such as Planned Parenthood if you are over 18. You do not need a prescription to purchase it at a pharmacy in 9 states (California, Washington, Alaska, Hawaii, New Mexico, Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Vermont), as long as you are 18. Only in these states can you purchase it over the counter at your local pharmacy. My suggestion to you is find the closest Planned Parenthood or other family planning center. If you are under 18, you can go to your health care provider and get a prescription. There is no law that requires parental consent for you to purchase EC, so your parents will not be notified unless your health care provider has a special policy.

you can visit your local chemist and ask for morning after pill, pharmacist will ask you relevant health questions and check your suitability and will offer you pill if he or she thinks , otherwise he will offer you further advise about what to do next. Some pharmacist can decline to give you this pill on ethical(moral) grounds because of their religious or ethical beliefs but they have duty to give you advise about where you can get it from. This information is relevant to UK only.
The quickest way of getting this pill is seeing your chemist. if he cant help, see your doctor asap. but sooner you take it after sex, better the results are.

Your choices are essentially your family doctor or the ER.

Unless you happen to be in a country where they sell it over the counter.
