I've received about 12 of those. I looked into it and discovered that the SCAM is that for X amount of dollars, these "very nice" (sarcasm) people will help expadite your getting your money. From what I have read, that "help" will cost you $800 to $4,000 dollars, up front, of course!. They also request a copy of the passport page with your pic and vital info. or a picture driver's license. NEVER a good thing to share!

These mails are NOT being sent by yahoo ! It only says yahoo in the sender box. Anyone can fake this. I can send mails that say it's from Joey Ramone. These mails are a SCAM, and yahoo does'nt give out any money. I get these yahoo mails 7 days a week. I don't even open them. If you open them you're telling a spammer that your e-mail address is active.

Are you referring to an e-mail you recieved about a lottery? It is a scam. You cannot get any money.
