after this kingdom was defeated, jews just spread all over the world in different countries.
in 1928 the ussr established an autonomous region (inside the russian federation) for the jews, but it was in eastern siberia and it didnt have much success, also because the soviets preferred the integration of the jews encouraging mixed marriages.

They did not "per-say" have an official country, unless you consider the fact that the Jews were living in Israel before the time of the Greeks and that the Romans were just occupying Israel.

They did. It was called Israel, and it existed until around 70CE. After that, well, the "known world" was limited to Europe, Western Asia, and North Africa, and no one there wanted the Jews. Meanwhile, Christians and Muslims fought over the Holy Land, with Jews getting caught in the middle.
