I do not need to be a super modle to go on the beach. I am not planning a trip there just yet but if I was I am as ready as ever.

Not yet, but a few more weeks of push-ups, crunches, running on the treadmill for 30 minutes, and taking Hydroxycut and I'll be as fit as a fiddle and ready for bikini season!
