My neighbours have 6 dogs, which bark quite a lot. Apart from that they are alright. However...as it is a nice day I am just sat out in my garden and it is nice and peaceful apart from ymy neighbour who keeps coughing and his dogs which keep barking! AHH! Does anyone else have annoying neighbours?

I'm with Virg_Mack. To my right, I have a very old couple who love to garden, have no pets but love my puppy and are very kind and BRIEF. To my left I have the devil. LOL. This lady next door to me always talks talks talks talks. I can have my window open working on my upstairs bedroom and she'll happen to see me and start yapping. She's ALWAYS telling me how to do EVERYTHING. From how to treat my puppy to what color I should paint my porch to how I should plant my garden. I just stopped being outside when she's home, and I take my pup to the front yard to "do his business" now...just to avoid her. Lucky for me, I work weekends and she's got a pretty easy schedule, so I can avoid her most of the time....but I know how you feel.

Yes - my neighbours have noisy sex around the clock, their dog barks constantly and they hang their washing over the front railings so it looks like I live in a gipsy camp. They have the TV in their bedroom on at all hours of the night so I cant get to sleep and often come in with a gang of friends at 5am and shout at each other rather than talk. They park their car infront of my house even when there is space outside their own and now she is pregnant so I'll soon have a screaming baby to listen to. I really hate them and wish they would disappear off the face of the planet !!!!!

I think everyone does to a point. The lady next door rents her place so there is always someone new moving in.

One time is was a bunch or crack heads. Seriously! It was not good, they were in a gang too and we have kids. Not the kind of neighbours you want to talk to, your make mad.

Other times it is people who play weird foreign music, really loud! I though there was going to be a parade of jungle animals coming into my yard.

THen there are the ones who have an opinion about everthing. You should mow your lawn this way, water your flowers this way etc.... it gets on the nerves.

We are lucky the ones living there now are quiet keep to themselves. Well after him and his wife split anyways. You could always here her yelling at him. One time she was yelling at him out the window ( he was in backyard) and then stopped and called him on his cell and started yelling again. It was kind of entertaining, poor guy. But with summer coming im sure there should more to come.

Have a good day!

I have a neighbor that knocked on my door a month or so ago to tell me that she didn't like the way her son treated her and started talking to me about her sex life. I was like WHOOOAAA!!! I don't want to know any more keep that kind of thing to your self. She will sit out side my door and cry waiting for me to open it and ask her whats wrong. I just turn the T.V. up and ignore her. She was constantly knocking on my door. i just quit answering. I think she moved out though because I haven't heard from her in awhile. I really hope she did. Good Luck with your annoying neighbor I hope I don't get another one...:)

Whoa...sorry about your annoying neighbor...Yeah chances are most people will come across a few in there lifetime...My motto has come to be I leave them alone and they leave me alone....Hm mm have you ever thought of calling the SPCA...6 dogs that is alot for one home/yard...they may need a license for that...I really don't understand why some people don't realize that they are being such a nuisance.

I think EVERYBODY has at least one annoying neighbor. Mine is a guy in the adjoining apartment who comes in every evening around 11:30 p.m., and puts on music with a really heavy bass beat. Thankfully, he apparently only listens to one album at a time; it literally vibrates stuff off my shelves on occasion!

Complaining neighbors are a lot worse kind that what you currently have. Consider yourself very lucky.

Horror stories abound from complaining neighbors especially when it comes to gardening. These complaining neighbors behave like mongooses, which are friendly to strangers but very hostile to neighbors. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/17646862/
