You can impress your teacher by asking questions related to whatever subject is being covered in class. That shows that you're paying attention to what they're lecturing about, and that they're causing you to use your brain.
You can also make a huge impression by taking notes, being ready for tests by studying, handing your homework in on time, and behaving in the classroom.
But mostly, you can impress your teacher by being yourself. You're unique and special. so be the best *you* you can be!

If you want to impress the teacher, just work hard and put forth your best effort. Asking questions for no apparent reason will only annoy the teacher and probably the rest of the class. Teachers are not impressed by someone trying to show off.

I don't think asking questions about anything and everything would really impress a teacher. I think they would be more impressed by you paying attention and asking questions related to the topic.

Having been a teacher at one time, I can tell you that most teachers do appreciate students asking good questions. To ask a GOOD question, you should have some knowledge of the subject at hand, so, you know, DO YOUR HOMEWORK. But don't overdo it. Asking too many questions can quickly turn you from a bright,inquisitive pupil into a stupid, obnoxious punk.
