Can I jog on the strip early in the morning?

The only place I can think of is Sunset Park, which is technically in Henderson. It's on Sunset Road, cross street of Eastern. Figure 15 minutes or so drive time from the Mandalay Bay end of the strip. (Go Las Vegas Blvd south to Sunset Road, make a left, and follow it until the intersection of Eastern which is the first cross street after McCarran.)

You could try to see if they'd let you run over at UNLV...I stayed at the Embassy Suites on Swenson Street (LV blvd. to Flamingo to Swenson), and saw people running their track every day...try to look like a student ;)
