This is the first time I've ever heard of Wiccans worshipping a naked black man as you put it, I would guess you are referring to the Horned G_d - who is the partner of the G_ddess.
Wicca is a nature loving belief what respects the Earth and does no harm where possible. The deity is most often female orientated - The G_ddess as a Maid Mother and Crone.

If you don't like what others do whether it be worship or anything else people do in their lives, why is it any of your business? Stop asking why and do a little investigating on your own. When you ask why, it makes it look as though you have a problem with it without even finding out on your own what it's all about. That's why there is so many opinionated people in the world because people don't read or do some research before they ask why first! Go to the library and read before asking why!
