When I go to bed at night I sleep 10 hours, but I wake up at 4 for about 2 minutes and it happens until 6:00. I wake up in the morning wicked tired and i don't know what'll help.
Suggestions?

Are you asking this on behalf of your child? I'm not sure why this is in the newborn/baby section, but I would suggest that you talk to your doctor. There is a thing as getting too much sleep which can often make you feel tired. Try getting less sleep and see if that helps.
I could be that you are lacking enough iron or something as extreme as some sort of sleep disorder. Chat with your doctor the next time you are in.

maybe you are getting too much sleep--whenever I sleep about 6-7 hours I am fine but if I get too much sleep I am a nightmare. I would imagine that is why you are waking up at those times during the night.
