1.Does the above sentence mean that george is able to talk about the time spending in Yale very happily,but he still thinks that yale is not good.
2. Or does it mean that george has laughters at Yale,but he is not happy in school?

it means that GeorgeW can look back at his time at Yale and laugh but overall was not happy with the school
