Yes I stopped working in January, ever hear of saving money? Just because some people are good with their money, and invest a little here and there, we are able to not work for a short period without it hurting us. my bills are paid... But for the record, I am not on welfare.

I understand. I'm currently a homeowner, but I have decided to rent because of the instability of the real estate market right now. I've had more than one prospective landlord say something like, "Oh did you lose your job?" Uh no, rent is comparable to a mortgage payment you tard.
