I suggest using a yellow concealer. Then once it is dry cover with foundation. Yellow helps hide skin imperfections. Now this is of course an immediate solution, but if you are looking for a way to help get rid of it then you need a good skin care program. (Good products with lots of vitamins your skin requires!) There are 5 steps to having healthier looking skin:
1) Cleanse 2) Exfoliate 3) Freshen 4) Moisturize 5) Protect
I know that sounds like a lot, but you can actually find products that have combined steps to help make it a little quicker. Mary Kay is what I personally recommend. They have a huge line of skin care products designed to help your particular skin type (Combination/oily, normal/dry). They also have additional eye creams that will help even more. Well check out www.marykay.com if your interested. Hope all of this helps you out. Let me know if you have any further questions.

Foundation is no good for under the eyes. You need a concealer. MAC is good, and so is Touche Eclat by Yves Saint Laurent. These brands may be expensive, but they are very good, and you always have someone there to ask for advice and they will tell you what is best.

What is also good is Benefit's Ooh La Lift. It is an instant treatment for around the eye area. Considered as 8 hours sleep in a bottle.

Invest in a good eye-cream that fades dark circles. The best thing you can do is shop around.

What is important is that you have to realise that you will never get rid of anything that you were born with.

1. you could go to the beach or outside on a very sunny day and cover your face with tin foil. Except you put a cut in the tin foil for the circles around your eyes to get to the light.

2. You could go see a dermintologist.

3. You could ask a make up specialist in a store.

4. You could try applying it on to your face and maybe not wipping it.

If you practice a white or gentle glittery colour within the inside nook of your eyes so that they can cause them to appear shiny er and extra conscious. Using eyeliner at the most sensible and backside lid additionally aid to stress the attention. Just do not pass too darkish!! Then it simply appears frightening! lol
