Try this: When you wake up every morning, drink as much water as you can. When you are down to the last gulp, take a pinch of table salt and swallow it with the water.

Dont eat anything for the next 90 minutes- which will allow the water to flush out the system of toxins. Drink plenty of water throughout the day and avoid greasy, oily or gluten rich foods because toxins tend to bind to fats and carbs and remain in the body. Green tea- preferably cold and without sugar is also known to help.

To remove accumulated solid toxins, you can try food-grade or medical grade castor oil, commonly available in pharmacies.

If you have a severe problem of blood toxicity, you can try this method: Eat ONLY fruits for a week. No milk, no coffee, tea, softdrinks, alcohol- nothing. Only fruits and plan water. For the first three days, you'll feel horrible and also weak. But from Day-4 you'll find yourself grow stronger and look better. You can start with a single-day fruit and water diet per week and increase it to twice a week and increase gradually.

I think the best thing oyu can do is reduce your intake of toxins, because your body is very effective at eliminating toxins naturally. Try and and take in food that is not riddled with toxins, eat organic, lay off preservatives. Drink lots of water. Exercise and work up a sweat.

I drink a lot of cranberry juice (avoid the sugary ones that have low % of actual cranberry juice in them), which is a natural anti-oxidant.

I usually have a cup of green tea in the morning too - another good anti-oxidant.

A good workout (regularly) will help you sweat out a lot of the toxins in your body too (not to mention making you look and feel better).

A lot of popular medications or other methods of 'cleansing' your body are just ways of taking your money. I usually just take a multivitamin and a calcium pill once a day, and try to eat somewhat healthy foods. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

Its nice to know that you want to rid of toxins from your body and to have a healthy body.

Fasting is the best medicine for removing toxins easily .ofcourse if you have time to take rest.befor going to fast have a fruit diet for 3 or 4 days (i hope you dont have any diabetic)dont mix sweet fruit with sour fruit .gradually you can start fasting by taking fruit or vegetables juices 3 or 4 times aday .in first you may feel very tired but as the day progress you will start to feel better .of course you will lose weight .but it will be replaced with good weight after fasting.(study more about fasting).

have ash guard juice with some spinach juice or coriander leaves juice or any green veg juice in morning (4 ounces of gourd jucice and 2 ounces of green leaves juice)at morning 6.00 am have any kind of food only after 2 hours.instead of fasting you can go on a fruit diest or 2 time fruit diet and one time in aday ,diet of brown rice or wheat along with raw vegatables. this will slowly but surely will remove toxins from your body .

but be careful the body may remove the toxins with some diarrahea or sometime through cough or cold or throgh fever .these are not diseases ,they are bodies extraordinary cleansing methode dont suppress it with any medical pills.allow nature to do its work ,have only fruit juices at this time.

though using things like castor oil may remove the hard stool from you r stomach ,but remember castor oil are a poison to the body so on the way to expel the castor oil the body may remove the toxins but it also can damage work of the colon.you can use it once in while may be in ayear or so

change your input ,your out put will start to work normally.

Toxins can be flushed out of body by sweat and urine. All you need to do is a) vigorous exercise if you are young without other ailments or b) by drinking plenty of water. Yes green tea also helps.

Keep your hair washed and clean ( preferably not with any kind of shampoo that has conditioner added in to it). I used to get pimples on the sides of my face because I didn't wash my hair frequently enough and the oil would make me break out. Wash your hands often, because a person touches their face without thinking, spreading oils and contaminants from them to the face. Blot your face with a Kleenex if your face looks oily and last of all nourish your skin from the inside out. Fresh fruits and vegetables do wonders for clearing up the skin. Good luck !
