My Creative MP3 player won't charge?

Question

I have a Creative Zen, I bought about a year ago. Since I have bought it, I have had major problems charging it. I can't tell if you want to properly charge it you need to keep it plugged into the CPU at the same time or leave it charged not plugged in. It seems like I can never get it fully charged. Has anyone else had this problem, and found a solution?

i had bought two of them and returned them both they are junk

if u charge it with your comp just plug it in and dont turn your computer off or use your mp3 player...or if it has a wall charger just make sure its turned off and put it on the charger
