I assume you mean "How will mars be like earth?".
Mars will become habitable as the earth becomes too hot for humans to live here. A few Billion years from now the sun will have grown significantly enough that too much heat will be reaching the Earth. Not just the few degrees warmer that results in oceans rising a few tens of feet but really too much heat that results in oceans boiling away. For some time the temperature of mars will then be warm enough to sustain life like we know it on Earth. Other thing might make mars still be inhospitable but considering the distance to other stars, Mars may give any humans still living then a place to practice going to other solar systems.

Mars is considered a rocky terrestrial planet very similar to the earth. The major differences are:

1. Mars has basically no atmosphere so we cannot breathe there without bringing our oxygen along.

2. It is very cold on Mars because it is much farther from the sun because it is on average 141 million miles from the sun when we are only 93 million.

3. there are no free standing oceans on mars although there is evidence that there used to be

4. mars is slightly smaller than our earth.

I think it is the best place for mankind to inhabit when our earth gets too hot in about 4 billion years when our sun begins to die off.
