might try the hospital he was born at, sorry I do not full y undestand what you are asking

Option 1) You might want to go back to that hospital, and show them proof that you are the kids legal guardian.

Option 2) If you have never gottem them, then you should aways get a picture within the first month of your child's life, if you never got them, find out what company takes pictures for the hospital, life touch or something probably. Call the company, and then find out what they did with the pictures.
