It's not you. If he's offish it could be any number of reasons:
He is distracted by something or someone.
He is involved with someone else.
He has lost interest in you (this is about him - not you.)
He is upset about something.
He is worried about the direction that your relationship is taking. Some guys think 6 months is too much like a commitment. They don't think they're ready to settle down and they fear that you may have those expectations.
You need to ask him to tell you what is going on that is causing him to behave so differently. He may not answer. Most guys are afraid of telling the truth because they don't want to hurt your feelings. He'll continue to be aloof in the hopes that you'll leave him.
Good luck.

Either he has become very comfortable with you and now thinks that all of that affection is now not nessesary or it could be that he is cheating. Start being kinda offish with him and watch clsely to his reaction. If he doesn't care he may be cheating because it might not even matter to him anymore.

It doesn't matter. What matters is that he is not treating you right. If you really need to know, ask him. If he can't or won't give you a satisfactory answer, dump him. Any guy would be lucky to go out with you, and there are guys out there who will appreciate you. If this guy is playin' you, then he doesn't deserve to be with you. Don't settle for a guy who treats you 'pretty good', get a man who loves you and treats you exactly how you like to be treated.

if its all of a sudden, then obviously somethings up and yes it might be you, if he is true to you then you should be able to just talk about it and work it out. If not then leave the loser! You'll find something bigger and better :)
