They should all resign en masse. They are the most corrupt, incompetent body that ever chaired a Committee. We grudge the players their few crores but to some extent they do earn it by the sweat of their brow. The fat mobsters roll around in Rolls Royce's' and each one of them can buy the entire cricket team with coaches from abroad many times over. There should be no political bosses on board the BCCI and all of them should have their wealth looked into by the tax department! Then, and only then will Indian cricket soar to the heights it is capable of.

The President of the BCCI should be changed and the new one must be of Non-Politics background. Mohinder Amarnath should be the coach and Saurav Ganguly should be the captain.

The BCCI should first of all clean its house completely of corruption. Having done that, it should ban players from doing commercial ads while they are on contract with the Board. They should give more encouragement to youngsters.Politicians should keep away from the Management of BCCI.BCCI should buy grounds in 6/7 cities(they have enough money for this) develop them into good cricket grounds,prepare pitches that are available in Australia and SA. Make our players play on these grounds frequently.These grounds should be used for cricket alone and for nothing else!!!!!

The Indians cricketers earn a lot of money by doing Commercial ads.Thus they spend very little time 4 their practice.So the BCCI should ban the indian cricketers from doing ads.Surely if this step is taken the Indians can perform well.

BCCI SHOULD SEARCH FOR A GOOD SELECTION COMMITTEE WHICH SHOULD BE HEADED BY A OLD EXPERIANCED CRICKETER WHO IS NOT FROM INDIA BUT FROM ACCROSS THE BORDER (eg AUSTRALIA, SOUTH AFRICA) BECAUSE INDIANS HAVE PLUNGED INTO POLITICS. AND MOREVER INDIA NEED A SEPARATE COACH FOR BOWLING, FIELDING.FOR THIS WHY NOT TO SEND A OFFER TO WASIM AKRAM.
AND BCCI SHOULD START DESIGNING PITCHES LIKE IN SOUTH AFRICA, NEWZELAND ALTHOUGH THERE IS CLIMATIC BOUNDATION.
AND ON THE MATTER OF CAPTAINSHIP AYOUNGSTAR SHOULD BE MADE CAPTAIN AS IN SOUTH AFRICA(SMITH). YUVRAJ SINGH WILL BE THE BEST REPLACEMENT OF DRAVID.

i agree with CHIGORIN... the MEDIA should NOT have been encouraged from the beginning.
and i reckon it's too bad of the cricket fans to develop too much of madness and pray and once the team is defeated, burning the posters or hijacking the players' house. i don't think that neither the coach nor the players have taken any wrong step, apart from the agreements to adds' proposals and lack of practice(a bit)...
