I never really liked Katie but I still miss it

Yes, I love Merideth,,,,Katie was so Chippy, it got annoying.

I used to watch cuz Katie was entertaining, Matt was kinda hot and Al and or Willard were so sweet. Started losing interest when Katie opened with "The Gipper was an airhead" (and her fawning over Castro didn't help either) and totally moved on since. I do NOT need any commentator to tell me what I should think...........report the news to me and let me decide thank you. NBC rarely gets any airtime in our home............

Meredith doesn't have that same quality of the "perky" woman Katie was. People miss that. It's even wierd to see Katie on the evening news. She was better on the Today Show.
Meredith should have stuck with "Who wants to be a millionaire?"

I refused to watch it with Katie hosting it ... so I haven't started watching it since her great departure.
She lost 100% of my respect the day of Ronald Reagan's funeral when she showed up with her hair in a bun. It was a Friday, so I guess she decided she would do casual Friday that day ... without any regard to showing respect for President Reagan.

Yes I do, I really never liked her. I like Matt Lauer, but I think that Meridith was a bad choice to fill in for Katie.

Wackadoo, Yeah and Meredith Viega is a very good sport and seems to fit in well, but there isn't much substance to this show and it is basically just wasting time. -k-
