regulars. i admit. i am a polls and survey newbie. but ive been answering games and gear questions for a while. so what does that make me. i have never reported anyone. i never plan on reporting anyone. so what is a troll i hear about. and what would i be considered. thanks for your insight

What I don't get is people down on newbies when we were all newbies at one time. I didn't know YA was an exclusive club. I'm only at level 4, does that make me a newbie?

Some plonker got on here yesterday and started a whole thing about all newbies being scum or something. It's just a couple of people trying to get attention and stir things up. You're better off just ignoring them. Most of us are O.K, honest! :o)

Welcome to Poll & Survey category.
There are some members currently unhappy because of Trolls (people who try to create chaos). Trolls will give you Thumbs Down for no reason.
Then there are those who use the Abuse feature to report your questions/answers as abuse, when in fact they are not.
The Staff is aware of said problems and is working on ways to "combat" these unpleasant events.

It is so easy to pick on the "new" guy. In reality, we were all "new" at one point. It is a relative state. I have only been here a few months, so for someone who has been here since the beginning, maybe I am considered new. For someone who has been here for 2 weeks, I would be considered not so new. I think it is tiresome to continue to blame new people for all the ills.

I think someone who hasn't been suspended started the "newbie" thing....there are a lot of us on here who just had to start over, we aren't new....so I don't know what the beef is, and whoever started it .....I hope they are suspended soon, so they can join the newbie rank!!!
