I am looking for a dress that is ment for partying. A halter dress is manly what im looking for. I would also like it in pink.
but if anyone knows of any good dress stores for teens please let me know.

I'll give you a few places to start looking.
Saks 5th Ave - sells some great things that are meant for a more modern vibe and feel.
Nordstrom - You may be able to find something here... they normally have a big mix of everything and a really good petite section so try there if you're smaller.
Nieman Marcus - This store sells nothing but the trendiest of the trendiest of the designers. You're sure to find something here.
Macy's - Macy's has some great things and they also sell old lady things... So try there but be careful.
Bloomingdales - I have a friend that recently bought a prom dress from there and it was really hot. They do sell night outfits and appeal to a more younger crowd so try there as well.
I listed only department stores as you're going to have a lot more options and not waste your time going from store to store. You can check out your local mall stores as well. Occasionally there's something there that you would have never guessed.

Matchy-matchy bridal events are too lots of a worry, and are not even in demand presently.

There are so many but I suggest Boscov's, Fashion Bug or Deb for a party oriented dress.
